An intimate cocktail reception, along with wine and snack ‘celebration’ gatherings pre- and post-event, was organized during the first week of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). This was part of a ‘red carpet’, VIP premiere screening of a major motion picture. The purpose of this event was to provide a venue for Adobe’s sales personnel to interact with their corporate clients and strengthen their relationships, providing an opportunity for the company to build its brand and demonstrate its continuous support for arts and culture. Bazaar undertook the planning of this special dinner event at the Shore Club in Toronto and coordinated the pre-booking of the movie with TIFF as a sponsor, subsequently receiving an exclusive balcony-level block of seats, which greatly impressed the clients. The venue was carefully selected to be in the vicinity of the theatre, providing convenient access and attendance for the guests. We also maintained an on-site presence throughout the entire event as the host, acting as a networking liaison among guests to foster interactions in areas of common interest, thereby ensuring that all attendees had a greatly pleasant experience. In addition, Adobe received considerable exposure as part of the event for sponsoring the screening of a high-profile Hollywood movie.
